CareLoop is a design-driven B2B care solution engineered to assist medical professionals and caregivers while significantly reducing physical strain in aging societies. Rather than being confined by rigid medical device regulatory tracks, CareLoop directly addresses the most urgent real-world pain points in clinical and care environments: mitigating labor shortages, preventing worker musculoskeletal injuries, and upholding patient dignity.
Grounded in BDCI’s 11-year legacy of CMF (Color, Material, Finish) and hardware design expertise, CareLoop breaks away from cold, intimidating medical machinery to create warm, human-centric forms. It delivers a seamless, Closed-Loop Ecosystem where Sensing (Miso), Action (Nesto), Diagnosis (Raygo 10), and Positioning (Bandi) operate in complete harmony.

NESTO
The semi-autonomous bed-chair is a future-oriented healthcare platform designed to redefine both the efficiency and the emotional experience of comprehensive health checkups.
Navigating the complex routes of a large checkup center places significant physical and mental strain on patients — especially the elderly. This project addresses that problem through the synergy of advanced robotics and user-centered design.
Equipped with SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) technology, the bed-chair autonomously moves between examination rooms according to a pre-set schedule, preventing bottlenecks and dramatically reducing wait times.
Beyond simple transport, the system monitors the patient's real-time vital signs and physical condition. If fatigue is detected or an emergency arises, the control server instantly updates the schedule, prioritizing the patient's safety and comfort above all else.
The chair itself is designed to transition freely between sitting and lying positions, allowing patients to comfortably undergo a range of examinations without the hassle of repeatedly changing seats.

MISO
An integrated care platform that connects a semi-autonomous bed-chair with a metabolic-response-sensing wearable into a single care loop — designed to fundamentally ease the staffing burden in nursing hospitals and home care settings.
For elderly people living alone, or in understaffed care facilities, warning signs such as falls, pressure sores, and missed meals are difficult to catch in time. Existing monitoring devices could only raise an alert — they couldn't respond on their own.
By linking NESTO (the autonomous bed-chair robot) and MISO (the metabolic-response-sensing wearable) into one system, detected signals are translated directly into real action — realizing a true closed-loop model of care.

BANDI
A navigation token that guides you simply by holding it in your hand — so you never lose your way.
Large hospitals, community service centers, and district offices each process hundreds of millions of administrative transactions a year.
Yet the elderly, multicultural families, and people with disabilities — anyone underserved by complex signage — often report severe anxiety and fatigue in front of confusing digital signboards and unmanned ticketing kiosks. Not knowing "where to go next" leads to repeated complaints and a decline in service quality.
BANDI is a physical, LED based token that hides advanced IoT technology behind an analog, tactile experience — usable intuitively by anyone, with no app to install and no screen to tap. Upon check-in, a color corresponding to the visitor's assigned task appear on the token's LED; simply following the matching colored guide line on the floor leads directly to the destination.
For visually and hearing-impaired users, BANDI provides distinct vibration patterns for different situations, and in an emergency, a one-touch SOS button instantly alerts staff to the user's exact location.

RAYGO 10
Following the revision of diagnostic radiation safety regulations, which fully permits use outside licensed medical facilities, RAYGO 10 is an ultra-lightweight portable X-ray cart weighing under 10kg.
In dense urban areas full of older, elevator-less buildings, simply getting a patient with limited mobility to a hospital for a diagnosis can be a major burden. Existing portable X-ray equipment weighs up to 50kg including the cart, making it impractical for medical staff to carry up and down stairs while providing home-based care.
RAYGO 10 was developed as a lightweight cart to address both this regulatory shift and the physical limitations of the field — when folded, it can be pulled with one hand like a travel suitcase and fits in even a compact car's trunk.
Designed for use across hospitals, home visits, and disaster relief sites, RAYGO 10 delivers fast diagnostic services to patients who would otherwise fall through the cracks of the healthcare system.
